Creator Tool Match is a free quiz that matches YouTubers, podcasters, and other creators to the 145 AI and SaaS tools real creators in their situation actually use — not whatever has the biggest affiliate program.

Why we built this

Every working creator has the same problem: too many "best tools" listicles, too little time to figure out which 5 actually fit their channel. We were sick of opening 30 tabs every time a new AI tool launched, so we built the thing we wanted to use ourselves — a 60-second quiz that ends with a personalized stack, not a 30-tool dump.

Who's behind it

We're a small independent team that publishes and creates online — across YouTube, Instagram, and podcasting. Every tool we recommend has either been used by us or surfaces from real community signal we've tracked over the last 12 months. We don't take pay-for-placement, and we list tools without affiliate programs whenever they're the right answer.

What we don't do

• We don't pretend to be a diagnostic — the quiz is a noise filter, not a doctor.

How the picks get made

Three-pass methodology applied per platform: community signal research (Reddit + creator forums + "tools I use" content + our own hands-on testing), affiliate program verification, and quarterly coverage gap analysis.

Updated quarterly

The tool database is reviewed every quarter to remove dead tools, add new ones that have proven traction, and adjust recommendations based on community signal. Last review: May 2026.
